HICKIES Website Redesign

HICKIES reimagines the shoelace and it was time to reimagine the digital storefront. Together with the Marketing, Ecommerce, IT teams as well as the cofounders, I designed and rethought the user experience for HICKIES.com and its 6 subsidiary websites. Utilizing data and a mobile first approach I designed the website to be as simple as possible while maintaining our recently refreshed brand guidelines in order to increase the average order value and conversions.
